Haxial Organizer includes an encrypted Personal Databases feature which allows you to create customizable databases for storing any textual information, for example an Address Book of people you know, secure storage of all your passwords, your favorite websites, recipes, To Do lists, etc.

It also includes a Reminders feature where you can set reminders/alarms, and Organizer will notify you when they are due, or optionally in advance. Useful for appointments, birthdays, etc.

Mail Saver 3.8.2 is very useful tool because it can solve the problem when Apple's Mail works wonderfully to send and receive messages, but using it for long-term storage of email has undesirable consequences by moving messages into the Finder for long-term storage.

It does this by linking mailboxes to Finder folders. When Mail Saver saves the contents of a mailbox, it copies its messages into its linked folder, then moves the original messages to Mail's Trash. The linked folders can be located anywhere you wish, such as with a project, an account or an interest group.

Mail Saver simply copies a message without doing any file conversion, thus a saved copy of a message is simply a Mail document (.emlx) file which must be opened with Mail. These saved documents may be Replied, Redirected, Forwarded, Bounced and Printed by Mail just like any other message. (But, they cannot be Junked, Deleted or Flagged). Saved messages also retain attachments, if present. Searching saved messages in Leopard is easy, simply use Spotlight. The saved copy of a message is modified so that:

• The file name is the header's subject;
• The modification date is the header's Date Sent; and
• The comment is the header's To: address (for sent mail) or From: address (for received mail).

This allows you to easily identify messages in a List View Finder window. Mail Saver uses Apple's Mail as its interface and its action is determined by the mailbox selected in Mail's frontmost Viewer.

The Warehouse System will allow for recording all products that are purchased and stored. You can search by storage location, date stored, description, invoice number, manufactures, model or serial numbers, quantity stored or issued, qty-on-hand, acquisition cost, any field you want. To many fields to list in this small space. The cross reference files use lookups with the Warehouse System. They are Employees, Vendor Message Pad, Item Descriptions, Storage Locations and Manufactures.

If you are going to use the Warehouse System be sure to download the the lookup files for testing under Warehousecodes.sit Also great for your home equipment inventory. This file uses coded fields to open when needed. When you click on the ( BLUE UNDERLINED LINK) a script is performed to lookup the data. After you find the record you want, just click on the code field and use the script button to paste it into the warehouse db. When using the employee db, be sure you choose the script that will paste the preferred Id Nbr. (Requested by, Authorized by, or Issued by).
