The free version has effects very similar to Apple Photo Booth but runs on computers that cant run Photo Booth. The paid version adds the Extreme tab with nine additional effects, the ability to create your own Freak Show Quicktime movies, and a full-screen mode.
You dont have to have an iSight to run Freak Show. Firewire DV cameras give great results. You can also use most webcams, and of course Freak Show works with iSight too.
Unlike Photo Booth, Freak Show does not require Quartz Extreme and is a universal binary so it can run on any Mac that runs Tiger. Youll want to use a newer computer if you want smooth video. But even a vintage G4 can be used to capture still photos with Freak Show.
We highly recommend it for kids and freaks.

This programme allows you to select a preset PLL type and it shows you what its circuitry layout and what the various internal frequencies are for each channel, also gives you the ability to simulate frequency conversions, so you can test it without having to do it on a real CB radio, you can also select your own crystal frequencies and PLL "N" codes for testing expansion ideas.
It also makes a good trouble shooting tool, as it tells you what the internal frequencies should be for a given PLL type, so you are able to see if a frequency is incorrect or missing, very handy for those unknown radios that use a generic design, it can tell you any frequency that the radio is capable of producing from its PLL "N" code range or loop frequency.
