I wrote the Investment Property Analyzer because as I was trying to analyze the potential for investments properties to make me money (cash flow). XA1 is a AudioUnit plug-in for Mac OS X, unlike the wast majority of analyzers that use FFT for analyzing the audio, XA1 use bandpass filters as most of the hardware devices.
Therefore XA1 has a very musical display, the algorithm used for analyzing has the same resolution across the spectrum, so the responce in the lo end of the spectrum is just as fast as the high end responce unlike FFT based analyzers that has very bad timing in the lo end.

NFSManager is a small tool for easy access to the NFS features of Mac OS X. As an operating system with a Unix core, Mac OS X is able to support the Network File System (NFS) protocol according to internet specification RFC 1094. NFS is the accepted industry standard for sharing files between Unix systems.
Although NFS is a built-in component of Mac OS X, users cannot access this feature without special knowledge and use of the command-line.
NFSManager will solve this problem by providing an easy-to-use Aqua interface for the definition of NFS connections.
Enhancements:
- By user request, a feature was added to export NFS definitions not only in binary format, but also as readable, editable text files. NFS Manager can optionally save configuration entries as Mac OS X property lists in XML format.
- Many small changes in the user interface, especially some error messages and their explanations have been clarified.

Virtual Composer is a graphical multichannel musical compiler, sequencer and analyzer for the Macintosh, designed for perfect execution of complex polyphonic music using QuickTimes Musical Instruments Architecture.
It is mainly intended for serious performers who want to simulate human-like performances or who wish to manipulate musical scores in ways similarto those when performing live. Playing is effected via QuickTimes internal Musical Instruments synthesizers so you dont need MIDI cables or external devices and all upsampling and downsampling is done automatically via QuickTime.
It can be used by composers as a score testing tool, or by music beginners as a way to learn the variouselements of music. Some examples of what the Virtual Composer Editor and compiler can do are included in the folder "Examples".
