ZColor is a tiny utility which monitors color information on your screen and allows you to copy that information for use in other applications.

It includes RGB, HSB, CMYK and HTML color decoding and a unique system-wide hot key for grabbing color codes from within any application.
Graphic designers of all sorts should find some benefit from its functionality.

The main ZColor window is equipped with a snap-to feature. When it is moved anywhere within 50 pixels of any of the screen borders, it automatically snaps to the nearest side to save as much screen real estate as possible.

This will function properly on secondary screens, as well. However, the window will also move to accommodate the display of the popup menu should you have need for that function.
