Secretary 1.0.1

Secretary 1.0.1

Secretary - Phone alerts for Mail & iSync sync (salling clicker scripts) more>>
Secretary is a stripped down version of my full script package (only includes the entering proximity new mail alert). It uses Salling Clicker + Apple Mail rules to alert you of new mail.
The beauty of it is that it is the only script out that works with the Sony Ericsson K750i which can not keep Sallings Java app open at all times. For the full version an alert is sent to the phone regardless of whether your in remote mode or phone event mode. This means full time monitoring of new mail while you are in proximity. This should work with all Sony Ericsson phones. But Im not sure if it will work with other brands.
I will do my best to provide compatibility for those other brands depending on customer demand. Part of the full package is also an iSync script. It syncs when connecting or coming into proximity. (2 hour interval between syncs).
You can basically think of this as your own personal "Secretary" letting you know when you have new messages and keeping your contacts and appointments up to date automatically.
I really wanted this to work seamlessly in the background with out getting in the users way so I took every step necessary to do so. For example it wont send the phone an alert while you are physically at the computer. Hopefully you guys like it.
Version restrictions:
- 15 days trial.
Enhancements:
- This is no longer stripped down. Instead the scripts displays reminders to upgrade when they are invoked.
- I changed this so users can get a better feel of what they will be paying for.

Ghost Action 1.1

Ghost Action 1.1

Ghost Action - is a new Mac application for keeping track of what you need to do more>>
Ghost Action is a new Mac application for keeping track of what you need to do using the simple and stress-free Getting Things Done method.

Most to do list app?li?ca?tions can only group your to dos into one cate?gory. This makes them difficult to use with GTD since you lose track of either your contexts or your projects. Ghost Actions solves that problem by letting you categorize your to dos by both context and project.

Ghost Action properly synchronizes your actions with iCal. In iCal, you can view your actions as to dos, your contexts as calendars, and the projects are added to the end of the to-do names. Since iCal can sync to .Mac and many portable devices using iSync, you may access your actions, projects and contexts even when you are on the move.

Getting Things Done is a simple method for managing your to do list invented by David Allen that recently has become very popular. Everything you need to do is listed as actions. Unlike many other methods, Getting Things Done doesnt emphasize priorities. Instead actions are grouped according to the context where they can be performed and the project they belong to.

Possible future actions are ignored until they can be acted upon. This makes GTD stress-free, simple and attractive even to people who normally wouldnt use a time management tool.

SOHO Organizer 6.3

SOHO Organizer 6.3

SOHO Organizer - Manage customer relationships more>>
SOHO Organizer is the official successor to Personal Organizer and Group Organizer and represents a 100% Cocoa rewrite of the former products.
This means SOHO Organizer presents a first-class Mac OS X experience complete with all the features Mac OS X users expect: Aqua interface, Unicode compliance, built-in spell checking, Service support, etc. Finally, the true benefit of a complete Cocoa rewrite is that SOHO Organizer is built for the future and can easily accommodate future technologies (think Intel-based Macs).
SOHO Organizer makes managing customer relationships from phone calls and notes to appointments and to-dos easy. It embraces and leverages popular Mac OS X technologies and applications instead of trying to replace them.
For example, it synchronizes seamlessly with the Address Book and iCal so that users can continue to use them and other applications that rely on their data. Users can thus use Apples iSync to synchronize their contacts and calendars in SOHO Organizer to cell phones, iPods, Palm handhelds, and even .Mac.
SOHO Organizer can be used by individuals and workgroups alike. It is based on a commercial client-server database for high-performance and reliability.
SOHO Organizer makes sharing contacts, calendars, and notes over a network easy for workgroups.
It features advanced administration so various members of the workgroup can be assigned different levels of access.
Mobile users can even take shared data with them when they disconnect from the network so they always have access to the shared information. When they reconnect to the network, all of their changes to the shared data will automatically synchronize with the master shared database.
Version restrictions:
- 30 days trial.
Enhancements:
Key Features
- Added time zone support for events and tasks (see the Advanced section of the Calendars preference pane)
- Added a Rebuild Searching command to remport the metadata for SOHO Organizer (SOHO Organizer > Preferences, click the General button)
- Added support for changing multiple contacts to an organization

- Fixed problem that would sometimes cause SOHO Organizer to not launch at system startup if it was in the Login Items list
- Fixed bug that would cause the Month view to not load if an event did not have a title assigned to it
- Updated the SOHO Notes and SOHO Print Essentials toolbar icons
- The Go to Today button works properly in the Month view when multiple weeks are shown
