For safe moving of differently sized pages around in the document without Page Control, we recommend using our free Page Reader plug-in.

Page Control created documents do not yet maintain the page size when saved as .inx.

CRMHaven 3.3 is a brilliant tool which helps you manage your contacts easily. To understand a CRM let's get to know some concepts. Your contacts are shared (if you have multiple users in your groups) so any changes you make are reflected on their computers. You need to get your contacts into CRMHaven somehow. CRMHaven refers to your contacts as Clients, but please note that these Clients can be anybody -- friends, family, work contacts, sales contacts, school children, etc. Also, you must note that every client belongs to one and only one Group. Groups details should be agreed upon before entering clients. The final area to understand is Marked clients and Quick Contacts.Clients are marked before actions on them are performed and Clients should be set as Quick Contacts if you need to access them regularly.

TwitHaven 3.3 offers you an internal messaging system useful for sending short messages and attachments without the complexities of email and SMS text systems. Users only need to know their colleagues' names. There is no set up necessary - just log in and go. A photo of each sender lets us be reminded of who is sending the Message. Messages can be sent to offsite email or SMS locations.

- Links with DocHaven and CRMHaven to receive messages regarding current Projects and Client workflows.
- Messages are spoken out loud to save having to read from the screen.
- Messages can be dismissed and recalled then drilled down to make finding messages easier.

- All messages have a start and expiry date and time. This allows you to create a series of messages at the start of the year to remind users of upcoming events yet the message will not appear on their computers until the time has come.

CashHaven 3.3 is a system for paying for goods without having to handle cash. Each user is given a cash allowance. Certain users are given the privilege of begin able to 'sell' items through CashHaven as set in the Preferences window. As these users log into CashHaven they are able to log the sale of goods or returns. Only an Administrator can allocate a value to each User's account. This must be done before any user has the ability to make a Sale. When a user wants to make a purchase the operator enters a quick description of the goods to be sold and the sale price. The purchaser must enter their password before the transaction is completed. The fact that the sale must come from an existing allocation of funds means that once the user's account reaches zero they cannot make any more sales.
Major Features:
- Each operator does not have the security risk of handling cash, nor the ability to add value to their own account. Each transaction with the date and time, the transaction amount the goods description, the previous balance and the resultant balance are shown to the purchaser before their sale. While goods can be returned for a refund again no cash is handled.
- The operator can look up the history of transactions and see when the goods were sold and for how much as verification of fraud. Also the operator cannot return their own goods for return.
- CashHaven can run over the Cloud so that people can access the system from anywhere including administrators modifying any values.
