It keeps a record of items you dont like so you dont have to see them again, allows you to batch download your discoveries and integrates with iTunes. The process of using it is simple. Open a "feed" (website, podcast or mp3 playlist) in Syfter. Sort and sift its contents using the integrated media player, adding the good stuff to the download queue, hanging on the the items that you are unsure of and "killing" the stuff you dont want to see again.
When you are ready, click download and Syfter gets all the tracks and puts them all in iTunes for you.
