SigmaTerm is built around a terminal emulation core that has more than 10 years of development behind it; so that while they're the new kid on the block, the emulator has the benefit of having been debugged a long time ago.
Transparent printing, with up to six individually addressable printers can supply just about any configuration you need, from basic text layouts, to full binary pass-through for printing directly to a printer, leaving control to your legacy app. The keyboard can be fully customized, allowing even non-standard environments to be supported.
Keyboard shortcuts also allow frequently used text snippets and commands to be mapped to keys sequences that meet your needs. Mouse control is fully supported in XTerm and related ANSI emulations, allowing your apps to use something other than the keyboard.

Widgetarium 1.1b5
Widgetarium is a program which lets users develop Dashboard widgets. more>>
Widgetarium 1.1b5 is a program which lets users develop Dashboard widgets. It combines a programming editor that supports JavaScript, HTML and CSS with a packager that creates ".wdgt" packages, and a Dashboard emulator, allowing you to run and test your widget right in Widgetarium. The emulator includes support for most of the widget extensions, including system, launchURL, launchApplication, preferenceForKey/setPreferenceForKey, setCloseBoxOffset.
It also includes prepareForTransition/performTransition (though these currently do nothing). You can also explicitly call your dragstart, dragstop, show, hide, focus, blur, and remove handlers. The dashboard emulator shows a JavaScript console, so you're just a double click away from finding your errors, as well as support for explicit logging calls (you can also just type in code to execute).
Widgetarium also supports a DOM inspector so you can see what the parts of your widgets are (and what style they have, attributes, Javascript properties, etc...). The dashboard emulator has been enhanced to show the widget on a transparent gray background, and can be dragged, and even resized (for resizable widgets).
You can even directly test your localization resources without having to change your system localization!
To get started, create a new Widgetarium project, drag your source, html, style sheet, and image files to the project, and run (or start from one of the basic templates). If youve already got a widget youre working on, you can create a new project by importing the sources and structure directly from that widget. Widgetarium builds your plist for you (which you can adjust explicitly), and copies all the files into the resulting ".wdgt" file, all ready to be installed in Dashboard.
Enhancements:
- No release notes available in the download nor the website.
Requirements:
- Mac OS X 10.4.4 or later.
Magic Engine 1.0pr10
MagicEngine is a PC-Engine console emulator more>>
The PC-Engine - also known as the TurboGrafx-16 in the USA, was a nice little machine made by NEC. The first model came out in 1987 followed one year later by a CD extension that made the PC-Engine the first console to have CD games.
Magic Engine is quite an impressive machine, with good graphic capacities (16-bit video processor, 512 colors, 64 sprites) and a fast and powerful 8-bit CPU. It also had a very good game collection, with unique and high quality games.
And even today some PC-Engine games are still without an equivalent on modern consoles. Of course if you only enjoy 3-D games, well, the PC-Engine may disappoint you a bit, but if you love good old 2-D games, especially shootem up, give it a try, it really has some excellent games!
But we are sure that you already know all that. Go find those PC-Engine CD-ROMs that you stored in a cupboard a few years ago, remove the dust on them, and go downloading MagicEngine!
Main features:
- full HuCard emulation!
- full SuperGrafx emulation!
- full CD-ROM and Super CD-ROM emulation! (with a custom System Card - no BIOS ROM needed)
- full Arcade Card emulation!
- very accurate and fast emulation!
- game save/load feature!
- nice and easy to use graphical user interface!
- five players mode - fully configurable!

- Joysticks (both via real ADB/USB Joysticks and Keyboard mapping), Mouse, Paddles and Lightpen emulated
- CPU Level 1541 Floppy Disk Emulation using *.D64 and *.G41 (GCR) disks. Can handle most fast-loaders and special floppy tricks.
- ROM Level 1541 Disk Drive Emulation (*.D64, *.X64 and ZipCode files supported) for fast and easy disk access.
- ROM Level 1571 and 1581 Disk Drive Emulation (*.D71, *.D81) for fast and easy disk access to large disks.

- Tape Drive (Datasette) emulated (*.T64 and Lynx files)
- Raw Tape (TAP) Emulation for maximal compatibility
- TapeDisk: *.T64 and Lynx files can also be used on disk drives
- Support for Games on *.CRT ROM Cartridges

- Printer Emulation (Text only in C64 mode, Text & Graphics under GEOS).
Enhancements:
- Fixed a bug that caused menus to become disabled without good cause.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Finder to become upset when dragging files from a disk image to the desktop.
- The Directory window are now properly updated after a drag.
- Mounting Harddisks now uses the shortcut Cmd-Shift-D rather than Cmd-Option-D, since the latter is used to show/hide the dock in MacOS 10.4. Additionally a bug, that caused a single menu shortcut to be assigned to several drives at once has been removed.
- The decoder for TAP-files was fitted with tighter restrictions on the amount of tape speed adjustment, so that it will no longer get carried away when a tape has long streams of extremly fast pulses (Supremacy.tap).
- Power64 no longer crashes when saving files with wildcards to a floppy disk.
- When selecting an item from a menu in Full Screen mode, with an automatically hidden menu bar/dock, it could happen, that the menu bar was hidden while the user was still picking an item. Hiding is now delayed until the user is done making his choice.
- Digi-Sounds are now played, even if no regular voice is active.
- Most Internet-links in the Help Menu were broken. This has been fixed.
- The C64 program "Joystick Demo" has been added. It will display the current state of both C64 joystick ports, and should help users test their joystick configuration.
