The actual plug-ins are available for several host applications. The Adobe Illustrator version enables you to create and verify barcodes directly inside Adobe Illustrator. Over are the days that you had to create your barcodes in external applications, save them as EPSF files, and place them in your job. Now, you select the barcode type you want, set the code and other parameters, and create them inside your job.
And more: if you want to verify afterwards if a barcode is created with the correct parameters, you can just use the barcode measure tool to verify this. And this verify feature will also verify barcodes generated by other barcode packages.
Enhancements:
