Booklet provides bookmark sharing compatible with Apples Rendezvous technology. No configuration - just double-click and go. Booklet places a small icon in your menu bar from which you can globally access your bookmarks and those of any other computer on the LAN. You can set Booklet to share your bookmarks, collect others, or do both (the default behavior). Booklet can also be configured to run on determined port to assist those running firewalls.
Booklet works as you see to the right: your Macs bookmarks show up at the top (giving you access to your bookmarks from any application). Other Macs in your network show up in the "Other Macs" section. Here you can see a Mac named QuickSilver sharing its bookmarks. If you choose a bookmark, your default browser is taken there. iAddress tab-panel collapses to a mere one-pixel strip down the extreme left or right side of your monitor when not in use. Once cursor enters and iAddress is activated tab-panel slides out to reveal A thru Z, or category tabs. Clicking on letter/category tab reveals standard popup menu listing records.
Using iAddress, records can be filed using the standard iAddress A thru Z tabs or by user defined category tabs which in turn are sorted alphabetically. Each "iAddress Book" can have up to 26 unique categories. Having bookmarks filed categorically /alphabetically makes them much easier to recall. iAddress works seamlessly with Navigator / Communicator, Internet Explorer and Safari.
