hD is a distortion effect with harmonic generators. It can generate two pitch-shifted copies of up to two octaves above the input signal. It also has a sub-octave generator. hDs design uses its harmonic generators to enhance the distortion. The two harmonic voices are mixed into the signal before the distortion stage. We developed the sub-octave generator algorithm specifically for hD. It is latency-free. We place it after the distortion stage. This lets you get a good rumble without sounding like youve run a bass through a fuzz box.
hD can also be used to generate 12-string guitar effects and as a note doubler. We recommend downloading and using our free parametric EQ, xEQ, when demoing hD. xEQ is available on our website.
Enhancements:
- The parameter and label colors can now be set by the user in the registration/preferences panel. The color settings will apply to all Twister AUs so that this only needs to be changed once.
- Added more options for setting parameter values. Parameter displays can be still be controlled with the big knob. But, now you can now adjust parameter settings by dragging and clicking on the parameter readout. Dragging vertically changes the value quickly and dragging horizontally changes the value slowly for finer control. The values can also be adjusted with a mouse scroll wheel by hovering over the parameter readout. Scrolling vertically gives faster change and if you have the ability to scroll horizontally (a Mighty Mouse, for example), horizontal scrolling changes the value slower for finer control.

F8-V2 is an audio unit effect with 8 LFOs and 8 time-varying amplitude modulators.
F8-V2 works by copying the audio input into 8 independent streams. Each LFO and sequence pattern can be set independently.
LFOs can be set as highpass, bandpass or lowpass. Each stream may have an amplitude pattern set independently, as well. You can draw any sequence pattern you want, with an easy-to-use editing interface using Bezier curves. Custom design any amplitude envelope of any shape.
After processing, the streams are then remixed together. This 8 X 8 array gives an unlimited number of options and sounds, ranging from subtle and rich tremolos and wah-like sounds to over-the-top, novel effects. F8-V2 can be used as a mono or stereo effect.
F8-V2 comes with over 200 presets designed for different instruments, although the various categories are interesting and fun to apply to any sound.

Audiomaton 2.3 is designed as a comprehensvie shareware application program which automates many common digital audio processing tasks. For example, it enables you to quickly and easily amplify the volume of thousands of AIFF files, to convert any number of MP3s or MP4s to Windoze .wav files, or to extract all the 'snd' resources from the resource forks of all the files and applications you drop on Audiomaton's icon.

Audiomaton works as a companion to the popular Macintosh audio editing application program SndSampler. Audiomaton determines which files are to be processed and what is to be done with them. Then it sends this information to SndSampler, which does most of the actual processing. Please note that in order to take full advantage of Audiomaton, you will need to purchase licenses both for Audiomaton and SndSampler.

This is done with the Extract tab. Audiomaton can also copy sound resources from all the files in the file list and drop them into a single file, in case you want to create a new sound resource file.
