Free written in red software for mac

Tension Sheet is a little program that was inspired by the (popular?) SF series Red Dwarf. For those familiar with the show, this is the Tension Sheet as invented by Thicky, but in OS X form.
Licensed under GNU GPL, source code included.

Whether you will find The Big Red Button useful or not, will depend very much on how you work at your computer. The program itself was designed to solve one very specific requirement that I had&emdash; I needed a very quick and easy way to start recording a block of time, while sitting in front of my computer.
Other timing apps can be great and very useful. I continually use TimeSlice by Maui Software, and this has one very useful function&emdash;after several minutes of inactivity the timer automatically turns off. This means if I get up from my desk to make a cup of coffee, the timer does not continue to record time against the project that Im working on.
However, there are times, such as when the phone rings, or when someone walks into my office when the auto-pause feature of TimeSlice is not what I need. In these cases I need some form of stopwatch to record the amount of time I spend in this unexpected activity&emdash;thus the Big Red Button was born.
Double-click the application and it will start timing. Press the start/stop button to turn it on/off. The top portion of the window is editable, so you can modify times, add notes and so on.
The notes section can be printed, or you can use drag and drop to drag it someplace else.
Simple. Probably been done a million times before, but hey, its fun to write your own programs!

Who needs purple? Red is the new purple!

The original Stickies widget has a great color set except for one glaring omission: red!

Because the purple ends up looking nearly identical to the pink, I decided to replace it with red.

Once installed in the user’s Library/Widgets directory, (automatically, if you’re using Safari) it overrides the default Stickies widget that is packaged with OS X Tiger in the Dashboard (but does not remove it from the system).

time is an anaglyph (3D) screen saver created with Quartz Composer. If you want to view the screen saver properly you will need a pair of anaglyph 3D glasses (Red/Blue, Red/Cyan).

Radar In Motion is a Dashboard widget that grabs radar images from the Weather Channel and displays the animation.
You can access the radar for a given Zip code or get a regional map.
Enhancements:
- The end of Invalid Location! messages thanks to the PopularData ZIP code database. They are providing this database free with no restrictions, so please take the time to go thank them if you have a chance.
- A location highlight box. Hold down the shift key and double-click anywhere on the map to put a small, red box. This can help you quickly locate a specific location on the map. To delete the box, hold down the shift key and double-click within the red box.
