The primary function of Power Windows is to let you drag the entire contents of windows instead of just a dotted outline. The control panel lets you choose between Solid Dragging and Translucent Dragging, and you can even Use Multitasking with solid dragging.
Power Windows can also make Finder Windows Fade Open and Closed and Menus Fade Closed, as well as offering Translucent Menus. While this is not exactly a productivity application, you might be able to convince yourself that multitasking during drags and being able to see whats behind menus is sort of useful. But most importantly, Power Windows is just plain fun, and its great for impressing your friends and coworkers.

An application for Mac OS X Tiger which extends the tab browsing experience to the Desktop. Sticky Windows shrinks your windows into tabs when you drag a window towards the edge of your screen. Providing you with a completely clutter-free workspace. By clicking on the tab the user can show and hide the window.
The tab can be created by dragging a window on any side of the screen (more than one screen configuration is supported too). When the mouse reaches the margin of the screen a tab will appear.
To remove a tab, simply drag it away from the screen edge. If the window is not currently visible when the tab is dismissed, the original window is re-displayed on the screen.
By clicking on the tab the user can show and hide the window.
The tab can be created by dragging a window on the left or the bottom or the right side of the main screen. Each tab displays the window title as well as the associated application icon. The tabs icon provides a contextual menu which offers some useful commands (show/hide window, close tab, switch)

A behavior similar to Sticky Windows was available in the Finder of Mac OS 9. However the handy feature which Sticky Windows adds to Mac OS X is now available for any application (non only for the Finder) and tabs can be created in the 3 free sides of the screen (not only the bottom side as in OS 9).

Menu Browser 1.1 is an effective software which lets you quickly and easily browse and open your files and folders, without distracting you from your current tasks.
The menu resides in the upper-right corner of the screen, so it's always easy to access. You can also bring it up using a hot key, allowing for a keyboard-only navigation.
Major Features:
- Select which folders should appear in the menu. You can add as many as you like.
- A HotKey (by default: cmd+shift+m) lets you always easily access the Menu Browser.
- Selecting a file in the menu opens it with the default application. By expanding the sub-menu for a file you can also open it with any application (“open with ...”), or send it as a Mail attachment.
- Additionally, you can add any number of custom file-actions, which will run a specified AppleScript.
- You can also choose what should happen when you select a folder (that is, click or press when it’s highlighted), and what additional actions for a folder should be available.
- Possibilities for additional actions are Finder, Terminal and iTerm; you can also provide your own AppleScript to execute any custom, arbitrary action.
