Dockless 1.3.3
Dockless - Make running apps not show up in the Dock (or vice versa) more>>
Dock real estate can become precious, and some apps dont make a whole lot of sense sitting there.
Thats where Dockless comes in. With Dockless, any OS X application can be made to show in the Dock or not. Programmed in Cocoa-ObjectiveC.
Enhancements:
- Fixed hang that would occur with multiple selection: I misunderstood the NSIndexSet API
- Dockless will now only prompt for an admin password if the file modifications needed require it
- Dockless will now automatically apply docking changes
- Cleaned up interface a little
Gamleschule 0.0
Gamleschule - Screensaver loosely based on the old X Particle screensaver more>>
Klaus and Nat! hacked this up on a lazy weekend to experiment with Altivec coding, but unfortunately we never got around to do the Altivec stuff. There isnt a whole lot to be saved by doing Altivec ourselves, because most of the math is done by OpenGL. So an Altivec version is unlikely right now.
Dali Clock 2.24
Dali Clock - Digital clock more>>
This is a very old program! The original version was written some time in the early 1980s by Steve Capps for the Xerox Alto workstation. In 1984, he ported it to the original Macintosh 128K.
In 1991, I (Jamie Zawinski) re-implemented it from scratch for X Windows on Unix. Its been fairly popular there ever since.
In 1999, I ported the X11 version to PalmOS. The entertaining thing about this is that the Palm Pilot that I had at the time was an only slightly more powerful machine than the Mac 128K: they had almost the same CPU, and almost the same sized screen! The Palm was about 4x faster, though, and had 16x as much memory. And it weighed a whole lot less.
Finally, in 2005, I ported the X11 version to MacOS X, bringing this story full circle.
Superdouble 1.0
A C++ class more robust to overflow and underflow errors than double more>> A multi-process browser for OS X inspired by Google Chrome.
First, a disclaimer: At this point, Stainless is really just a technology demo and is likely to stay that way (though we might add some novel ideas we have for bookmark and history management).
So, why did we create yet-another-WebKit-browser? Because building a multi-process browser for OS X was a cool way to leverage the multi-processing technology we developed for one of our products, Hypercube.
Judging from Chromiums OS X Detailed Status page, the Mac version of Chrome will use a WebCore-rendered bitmap to pass between the browser and rendering processes. The strategy we use in Hypercube (and now Stainless) is far less ambitious, but a whole lot easier to do and, thus, available today for your downloading pleasure (for Leopard only, sorry).<<less

Email Cloaker 1.0
Email Cloaker - Encode your email address to help prevent it from being picked up by spambots more>> Email Cloaker - Encode your email address to help prevent it from being picked up by spambots
Just like Google scrapes the web indexing everything, spambots are computers that search the net for email adresses so the evildoers can spam you. Pretty uncool, huh?
You can protect yourself against these malicious bots - for example, by encoding your email address every time you put it somewhere on your web site.
There are several encoding methods, and the Email Cloaker provides two.
Both HTML and Javascript encoding offer some protection, but the latter should make it even harder for spambots.
NOTE that these methods are NOT waterproof. In fact its not difficult to teach a spambot to decode the address again, but the Email Cloaker should protect you against a whole lot of them.
You should also note that if your address has been picked up by spambots and you?re getting heaps of spam, encoding your address will not have any reverse effect.

- New gui and several bugfixes.
