I use it to export my contacts from Entourage into gmail, but im sure it has many other uses.
1) Export your contacts from Entourage (Tested on Entourage 2004) using

All you need to include in the archive is Contacts.
2) Open VcardConverter and Open the rge using File > Open
3) Edit or delete any contacts you in the csv file.
4) Select File>Save as.. , and save your .csv file wherever you want.
