Welcome to CMake, the cross-platform, open-source make system. CMake is used to control the software compilation process using simple platform and compiler independent configuration files. CMake generates native makefiles and workspaces that can be used in the compiler environment of your choice.
With CMake it is possible to support complex environments requiring system configuration, pre-processor generation, code generation, and template instantiation.
CMake was developed by Kitware as part of the NLM Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit project. The ASCI VIEWS project also provided support in the context of their parallel computation environment. Other sponsors include the Insight, VTK, and VXL open source software communities.
The goals for CMake include the following:
- Develop an open source, cross-platform tool to manage the build process,
- Allow the use of native compilers and systems,
- Simplify the build process,
- Optionally provide a user-interface to manage the build system,
- Create an extensible framework,
- Grow a self-sustaining community of software users and developers.
CMake is designed to support complex directory hierarchies and applications dependent on several libraries. For example, CMake supports projects consisting of multiple toolkits (i.e., libraries), where each toolkit might contain several directories, and the application depends on the toolkits plus additional code. CMake can also handle situations where executables must be built in order to generate code that is then compiled and linked into a final application. Because CMake is open source, and has a simple, extensible design, CMake can be extended as necessary to support new features.
Using CMake is simple. The build process is controlled by creating one or more CMakeLists.txt files in each directory (including subdirectories) that make up a project. Each CMakeLists.txt consists of one or more commands. Each command has the form COMMAND (args...) where COMMAND is the name of the command, and args is a white-space separated list of arguments. CMake provides many pre-defined commands, but if you need to, you can add your own commands. In addition, the advanced user can add other makefile generators for a particular compiler/OS combination. (While Unix and MSVC++ is supported currently, other developers are adding other compiler/OS support.) You may wish to study the examples page to see more details.

Welcome to Torenheim, the latest of a plethoria of fantasy realms. Magic, known as the Essence, runs as freely as air and water in this world. Warlocks and wytches have dedicated their studies to mastering and controlling the Essence. Psychomancer features Myrlandria, an initiate wytch.
Psychomancer is an adventure/RPG game, somewhat in the same flavor as Sierra On-lines Quest for Glory games. In its current incarnation, it is a text based game, fused with the air of nostalgia of the parser games from 20 years ago.
Select one of the four magical disciplines (Sorcery, Elementalism, Psychomancy, Spirit) to help your sorceress, Myrlandria, escape from the Angwyn Cult temple. Puzzles will result in different solutions, depending on which discipline you decide to follow.
This is just a small sample of what the real game will be like, except the final product will be a full fledged game with graphics, sound, and Sacred Kewpie Dolls. The full version of Psychomancer will be done when it is done, which might take until year 2010.
Enhancements:

- Additional text and descriptions were added.
- Spells can be viewed by typing SPELLS in any room.
- Linux, Digital UNIX, Mac OS X, and Windows versions have been made available, in addition to the version for Mac OS 8 and 9.

The save feature was removed since it is not fully complete and has been removed until a future release of Psychomancer.

Game Agent 1.7 is developed as a useful application with which you can fast and conveniently match your computer hardware with the system requirements of Aspyr's titles. Users will be able to quickly identify which games will run on their current system and determine necessary system upgrades for any other Aspyr games of their choosing. Game Agent is an OS X application that automatically checks the user's Mac configuration- including OS version, RAM size, video card, and processor speed- and then, game by game, tells the user if the game will run well, will run or will not run on their system. Time Out 1.5.4 is a product helping you to give up the bad habits when using a computer for hours on end. You care about what you are doing, so can sometimes push yourself too far, or over-strain yourself. The human body isn't built to sit in one position for endless hours, gripping a mouse or typing on the keyboard. Dejal Time Out is here to help. It will gently remind you to take a break on a regular basis.
Time Out has two kinds of breaks: a "Normal" break, typically for 10 minutes after 50 minutes of work, so you can move about and relax, plus a "Micro" break: a very brief pause of typically 10 seconds every 10 minutes, so you can remember not to tense up too much for long periods.
You can configure how long each kind of break lasts, and how long between breaks, or disable each kind. Each Time Out is announced via the screen slowly dimming, with related graphics materializing, and when the break is complete, it fades out again. You can change the time these transitions take... and you can even change the color and the level of transparency during the break. So if you like, you can make it mostly transparent so you can continue reading while on your break... though it's better for you if you give your eyes a rest during the Time Out.
At the start and/or end of the break, you can optionally play a sound, and even run an Automator workflow, AppleScript, or application.
Time Out is released as Freeware. You are welcome to use it at no cost.

The new Song Sheet plugin also has a few tweaks to work with a wider variety of text formatting.
