VUWER 1.2.4 brings a simple to use, yet sophisticated Applescript application to remotely track your MacBook or MacBook Pro (or any other Apple computer) in the event that it is lost or stolen. VUWER is not foolproof, but it is reasonably secure, easy to implement, and costs nothing but a little time and effort to set up.
Major Features:
- VUWER is free of charge, open source, and relies on standard OS X commands and readily available freeware applications for installation and operation. Also, since VUWER is written in Applescript, it is relatively easy to modify or enhance in any way you choose.
- You are in complete control of where the captured data from your stolen laptop is sent and how it is accessed; data can be transmitted either by email or by secure file copy to another computer account.
- You can remotely capture screenshots, iSight images, and IP addresses from your laptop, and separately choose their respective repetition intervals.
- No third-party intermediary is required to track your laptop. VUWER eliminates any possibility of an unscrupulous person at a theft-recovery company snooping on you.

AguaT 1.2.4
AguaT - restores iTunes elements to the original aqua state more>>
Introducing AguaT, the comprehensive Aqua solution for iTunes 7. Because change for changes sake isnt necessarily a good thing.
One of the first things one notices about the new iTunes 7 interface is the newly styled play buttons, and after that, the new, darker source menu highlight. AguaT restores both of these elements to there original aqua state.
The scroll button widgets also conform back to the Aqua theme congruent with Tiger, and the old green icons are back in their subtly shaded glory..
But AguaT doesnt stop there. The bottom buttons that were metallifized many versions ago are back in style and looking better than ever. Even the new view selector is lickably shiny.
And in one last stroke, AguaT renames iTunes file types: Would you rather have a column that said MPEG Audio File, or MP3? AAC Audio File, or just AAC? This dramatic simplification saves space on screen if you have the Kind column visible in iTunes, and makes it more informative by shortening the names so as to eliminate the ellipses.

BrowserWars X 1.2.4
BrowserWars picks up where Apple left off in providing an easy way to change your default web applications. Unfortunately, Apples version favors a very few (ahem) select applications more>> BrowserWars picks up where Apple left off in providing an easy way to change your default web applications. Unfortunately, Apples version favors a very few (ahem) select applications. Installing a new version of your preferred non-listed software often causes OS X to loose track of your settings, defaulting back to Internet Explorer or Mail.app. There is also a notable lack of OS X newsreader applications listed. BrowserWars fixes this by adding every web, mail and news application that we could think of. Upgrading or reinstalling your favorite programs now will no longer revert your settings to what Apple thinks is best.
Mac OS X 10.1 or later.
