You no longer have to rip your music from the CD if you dont want to and youre no longer limited to using a music software program based on where you buy your digital music.

nexTune will play your purchased digital music from iTunes™, napster™, Yahoo™ and most anywhere you choose. You can now create custom playlists with amazing speed and soon youll be able to manage almost any portable digital music player all from within nexTune.

And, while there is still a demand for music CDs, well be offering the best values on the newest releases not to mention, the classics from years past. You see, were also dedicated to bringing you the best value, largest selection and the most enjoyment to your music shopping experience. NexTune is also our company name. It was founded in 2004 by Michael DuKane, a music industry professional, with over 30 years of playlisting and programming music and music videos in both commercial and consumer environments. His goal: to develop a simple way to enjoy his music and to take advantage of technology instead of allowing “technology” to take advantage of him!

iRCTunes is a small plugin for X-Chat Aqua, X-Chat Windows and Adium that allows you to completely control iTunes. Using a series of /itunes commands, you can quickly and easily export the now playing info to IRC, MSN, AIM, YIM, Jabber, Etc, or even reverse it, with commands like Play, Pause and Rewind, you can control iTunes from that IRC shell (controls IRC only).

Based on the old iTunes.pl script, updated for additional features. iRCTunes has an advanced Help Menu that accesses the chat shell directly and can be called up with a simple /itunes help command, any time you need it.

Almost everything on top is automated and is processed by the system.

newTunes is the tool for you if youre tired of finding out about new album releases months after they come out. Sick of sifting through pages upon pages of new releases to find albums that interest you?
Then you need newTunes! newTunes allows you to quickly find new and upcoming releases by only the artists that interest you - the artists in your iTunes! All from the convenience of your Dashboard.
Main features:
- full search control
Searching for albums is painless. newTunes allows you to start, pause, cancel, and resume searches with ease. A progress bar shows the status of the current search. As albums are found, they are immediately added to the list so you can start browsing even before the search is done.
- user interface control
newTunes 2.0 now has a fully configurable window. Collapse it when you are not using it or waiting for searches to finish. When browsing albums, stretch newTunes as big as you need and then shrink it again when you are done. newTunes will never get in the way of your other widgets!
- artist list management
Refresh your artist list directly from iTunes at any time. Checkboxes allow you to decide which artists you want to be included in the search for more specific searching. Select/deselect all options allow you to effectively manage even thousands of artists to easily customize your searches.
- album list management
Albums have never been easier to manage. Sort new albums by artist or by release date; ascending or descending. In newTunes 2.0 your albums stay between searches and new albums appear with a red border so you can easily spot them from those you have seen before. If you want to start fresh, simply hit the clear button and the list is emptied.
- album options
Each individual album has several options. You can permanently remove albums you never want to see again or just clear them for the time being. With one click you are at the albums page on Amazon.com to buy or pre-order your new music. If you dont want to buy the album right now but dont want it to get lost, move it to the wish list as a reminder for later.
- user preferences
The backside of newTunes allows you to completely customize its behavior. Specify how many days old is too old for albums to be displayed. You can allow newTunes to continue searching when you return to your desktop or you can save resources and have it automatically pause when it is hidden. When you start your search you can have newTunes automatically purge any items older than you consider new. newTunes has automatic update checks that you can enable or disable and check manually.

MusicRenamer is a powerful mp3 file renaming tool. It helps to avoid spending hours of hard boring manual editing of mp3 filenames.
You will rename your mp3 filenames easier and faster and...youll see your mp3 list with consistent order in filenames.
The renamer converts easily any rare and strange filename to a simple format containing the album name, track number, artist and title. You will be asked to select a folder that contains MP3, AAC, M4A, or M4P files. These files will be renamed based on the ID3 tags contained within them. If no ID3 tags are found the filename will be left unaltered.
