Carina Virtual Reality Viewer is an application written in C++ for viewing various 3D graphic file formats. While focusing on the xVRML file format, Carina also supports the X3D and VRML97 formats.
A list of the currently supported parts of the formats is available at the web site since Carina is still in development.
Mostly for viewing files, it also contains some debug support to help people creating xVRML content. Carina can save any file it can open as xVRML.

VirtualScreens is a small app that resides in the System Status Bar (the rightmost part of the menu bar) of Mac OS X (Jaguar and Panther). It enables unilimited "virtual screens". A virtual screen is simply a user-defined set of active (visible) applications.

When the user changes the virtual screen, the applications that were visible are hidden, and the hidden applications that belong to the new virtual screen are shown. The Virtual Speaker KEXT (kernel extension) for MacOS 10.2 fixes problems with the handling of sound on the Apple G4 Cube when the external USB speakers are not connected (since the Cube does not have a built in sound device). The extension runs under MacOS 10.2.x, and will create a virtual output audio engine which is selected by default in the sound control panel when no other audio device is detected. This extension will run on any model of hardware, and may prove useful for any model without a built in sound device.
This kernel extension should fix a number of issues caused by the lack of a sound output device which have been noted in iMovie, DVD Studio Pro, and other applications (including video capture errors, crashes when previewing DVD projects, automatic quit when launching some applications which require an audio output device, and other random misfortunes).
