I wanted to export each entry as a separate card. The resulting vCards can be imported into Entourage or emailed to others for addition into Outlook.

FAXstf X Updater 10.8.0
FAXstf X Updater updates FAXstf X for Mac OS to the latest version more>>
Main features:
- If using FAXstf on Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther), the ability for Panther to receive a fax must be disabled in the Print & Fax system preferences by unchecking the "Receive faxes on this computer" checkbox. Failure to do so will result in competition for the modem which will result in loss of control of the modem by FAXstf and Panther. Apple is aware of the problem and may provide a solution in a future release of the OS.
- Mac OS X 10.3 uses a different underlying mechanism to display PDF files than previous releases of Mac OS X. Because FAXstf fax files are PDF, you may notice that fax files do not look as crisp as they did in Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar). This is only a display issue - the quality of the fax has not been reduced. When printed, the document will be high quality.
- When Fax Print is selected as the current printer, FAXstf will rename the Print button to "Fax", and will also remove the Fax button from the print dialog on Panther systems.
- Fax Options settings in the print dialog can not be saved in the print dialog Presets.
- The FAXstf printer driver (Fax Print) can not be shared across a network. Attempting to print to a shared Fax Print on another Mac on the network will result in an error dialog.
- Mac OS X Address Book vCards that contain 2-byte characters in the fax number field will be filtered out of the Destinations list when addressing a fax from the Print dialog. All fax numbers must be entered as US numbers.
- The Station Message in the Locations panel of the FAXstf Preferences must be entered using US numbers. No 2-byte characters are allowed.
Enhancements:
- Support has been added for the Apple external USB modem, model number MA034.
- A visual anomaly regarding the buttons of the FaxPrint dialog when running on Mac OS X 10.4.3 has been corrected.
- A change has been made to eliminate a crash that could occur when using the Send Fax button from within the Fax History sheet of a previously sent fax.
- Multiple email addresses can now be used in the To field of the Email Fax feature.
- The position of the horizontal divider of the Activity Log window is now remembered after closing the window.
NOTE : In order to update, use the softwares Auto-Update system by clicking the Check Now button in the Fax Settings preference panel.
