Sentinel Design Group has created a tool theyve used for months and decided to offer it up for everyones benefit. They call it Serverskine.
Designed to allow web developers, who deal with many projects at once, quick access to FTP, hosting accounts, domain name accounts and more. Especially when dealing with off-site shared hosting, keeping track of usernames and passwords can be daunting. Serverskine eliminates the terror by allowing you to quickly organize, search, edit, and backup all of your important account information.
When dealing with off-site hosting, many times web developers need to log into web control panels for the myriad of different hosts they use. Serverskine gives you one click access to these web control panels.
Serverskine integrates with Mail to allow you to send account information with a click of a button. Upon clicking "Mail," Serverskine composes your message within Mail allowing to remove or add information and then send it off to your friend. This takes the error out of sharing tedious information.
Serverskine can store your information in a number of simple file formats. Not the least of which is human readable XML format. Youll have the confidence of knowing your data is accessible even without Serverskine.

MediaWiki is designed to handle a large number of users and pages without imposing too rigid a structure or workflow. It is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Pages use MediaWikis wikitext format, so that users without knowledge of XHTML or CSS can edit them easily.
When a user submits an edit to a page, MediaWiki writes it to the database, but without deleting the previous versions of the page, thus allowing easy reverts in case of vandalism or spamming.
MediaWiki can manage image and multimedia files, too, which are stored in the filesystem. For large wikis with lots of users, MediaWiki supports caching and can be easily coupled with Squid proxy server software.
