Instead of getting generic "removable media" icons went inserting a media card. A hi-resolution icon that actually represents the media card inserted is displayed on the desktop and finder. The custom icons make it much easier to find the right media card you want to access and it is also much more visualy pleasing. The drive will only work with card readers manufacturered by YE Data.

Adjust Custom Icon Flag of Folders is an AppleScript which adjusts the custom icon flag of the folders that they should have a right status of flag.
For instance, the folder with the custom icon flag "YES" must contains a special icon data file whose file name is a "Icon+CR" and is invisible. Whereas it has no icon data file in it must be corrected that its custom icon flag should be "No".
The folders search is done recursively. On searching folders, the script also changes the viewby method of each folder to "View by Name". But if the folder is already viewed by Name, Size, Kind, or Date, then no changes happen.

Now, the default icon is in my opinion too heavy, and thus the developer made his own. To install, download the icons, extract and find the two icons named ClassicOff.tiff and ClassicOn.tiff. Now, locate the original ClassicSpy.menu and control-click it. Select Show Package Contents and navigate through Contents and Resources. Replace the original icons with the one you just downloaded. Drag ClassicSpy.menu to your menubar and youre finished.
