iPhoto To SQL is an export plugin for iPhoto that will create an SQL dump file with all picture metadata in addition to creating scaled images and thumbnails. If youve written your own photo gallery software, use this to get your photos and associated metadata into your database backend.
iPhoto To SQL will create the following fields: id, title, comment, keywords, stars, date, album, thumbnail filename and image filename. You can set height/width maximums on the thumbnails and images and they will be rescaled with their aspect ratio preserved.
Enhancements:
- Minor fix to no longer clobber the SQL file when doing multiple exports.
- The SQL file is named for the album being exported also saved in the directory itself.

As a longtime Windows user, I have become quite accustomed to having the "Copy To" and "Move To" items right at my fingertips in the Windows Explorer toolbar. So when I bought my first PowerBook several months ago I was at a loss, because not only did these items not exist in the Finder, there was really no easy way to move files at all!
So in my frustration I created this simple Applescript droplet that works just like the "Copy To" item from Windows Explorer. Drag and drop files on this applications icon in the Finder to copy those files to another folder on your computer. Brilliant!

Rips each enabled (check-marked) CD track to iTunes and immediately copies it to iPod, deletes the file, and removes the track from the iTunes library, giving the appearance of seamless CD-to-iPod importing.
Rip To iPod is an AppleScript applet that imports the enabled tracks of a loaded CD to iPod via iTunes using your choice of encoder.
You can also change your encoder on-the-fly and your Preferences-set encoder will be restored after the rip. Works in OS 9 and OS X.
