Enhancements:
- Turbo (already present in the previously only for win32 released 0.70 alpha-1). Press and hold down the turbo key (default e) to accelerate for a limited amount of time (your turbo recharges when you release the key). The engine noise should give you a clue how fast you're going.
- Wall acceleration - if you're near an enemy wall, your cycle speeds up. Useful for overtaking and boxing in an enemy player. But watch out, they might try to cut you off while you're closing in. This feature isnt enabled by default, but you can change that in the Game -> Game Rules -> Game Type menu.

The object is simple: each player must drive his or her 'light cycle' along a computer-generated grid and dodge the other racers. To make things interesting, however, each cycle generates a deadly wall of light that blocks off the other cycles--so don't cross your opponent's path! glTron features retro 3D graphics, fast-paced gameplay, great music, and an easy-to-use interface.
Play against three friends at the same computer using the A and S keys for player one, the K and L keys for player two, the 5 and 6 keys for player three, and the left and right arrow keys for player four. Press F3 for four-player view mode and get moving. Press F10 to change the Camera Mode - there are three different camera modes.

In l1neum you have enemies that are roaming the grounds. Your task is cutting off parts of the terrain. Hold down the Spacebar and move into the battlefield.
As you reach the wall in a different spot you have cut off parts of the terrain. Your aim is to cut off more than 80% of the battlefield. When you enter the enemys territory, you are susceptive to attacks by the enemy.
On the other hand, you are able to kill enemies (or activate extras) by enclosing them. At the end of the game your lines will be converted into a 3D sculpture. The game l1neum stands in the tradition of 80s arcade games like "Qix" and "Volfied."

The game area is represented by a brushed metal surface. After the flux energy reaches 500 and below, the game area will get smaller. Once it gets to 100, the game area will get smaller each half a second.
Starting at an flux energy of 700 the world will start rotating. This rotation will go faster the lower the energy gets. In order to maintain your direction, use the small white arrow in the center of the screen.
You win the game when you have the highest score. The game is over when the game area is too small to be played on. Once that happens, you will hear the "Game Over" sound and the menu will reappear.
Version restrictions:
- AI is too smart, but the a round can be won (see Tips & Tricks)
- Score is not enabled, however you will hear who won each round
- World rotation is not fully optimized
- The game ends when the game area is smaller than 30%
- Currently there can only be 1 human player at a time.
- There may be some bugs here and there, but overall the game should be playable.
