The object of this game is to enclose the enemies (the little moving arrow thingies) in a triangle. To create a triangle use the mouse to click and place the vertices (corners).
If an enemy hits the side before you have completed the triangle it will shatter and you will loose a life. When you loose a life the number of enemies on screen returns to 3.
You gain 100 points for destroying one enemy in your triangle, 200 for the second one, 400 for the third and so on. It is advantageous to destroy as many as you can at once.

The Triangle Puzzle 1.0 gives you a good time enjoying an exciting, challenging, animated puzzle game with sound and hints! Features over 70 sound snippets and AI which can dynamically search any position to see if its solvable!
To play, you remove a starting peg from any hole by single-clicking it, then repeatedly single-click an arbitrary peg and then jump either horizontally or diagonally over an occupied hole into an empty hole (by single-clicking it), thereby removing the peg you jumped over. You repeat this process until there are no moves left.
The object of the game is to end up with exactly one peg. Having trouble solving the puzzle? No worries, because you can undo and redo your moves as well as get hints by checking the "Is there a solution from this position?" checkbox, and/or pressing the [Hint] button to have the program suggest the next move which leads toward a solution (if there is one).
The programs AI can dynamically search from "any'' position to determine whether the puzzle is solvable or not! When the animated pegs blink, one of over seventy fun sound snippets is played using samples of various chimes, bells, instruments and other tones!

In all cases the triangle presents two parts of a fact family and the player must determine the missing third part. The sum and product always appear at the top of the triangle. The addends and factors always go in the two lower corners.
Student mode allows individual facts practice with a running score for correct answers. The player may select difficulty and whether to play against a timer.
Teacher mode allows for group play.
Students are presented with a problem and the timer spins one revolution. Then a student name appears and the timer spins again. The student whos name is shown tries to call out the answer before the timer finishes. We like this system of showing the student name after the first spin because, if the time is set short enough, students are encouraged to pay attention even before knowing whether they will need to answer. If they wait until they see their name (or a neighbor tells them to look!) it may be too late to calculate.
Press the "Return" or "Enter" key for a new problem to display. The empty corner will be random. If you wish to select which corner will be blank, click that corner with the mouse instead of using the keyboard. Student mode may be used right away. Generally teacher mode requires that names be entered first. The names and settings will remain saved between uses.

The board has 15 slots. The game starts with 14 slots filled with a marble in each and 1 slot empty. The objective of the game is to remove the marbles from the board one at a time and end with only one marble left on the board. Most of the time you will end up with more that one on the board!

Developed by a veteran teacher, these visually-oriented puzzle games have a simple interface and are designed to provide math problems in context to middle-school (grades five through nine) students.
