ToDo X is a native Cocoa application for Mac which provides simple to-do lists with a clean, lightweight interface.

Whats New in This Release:

· The Categories table is no longer sorted automatically, and can be rearranged by dragging. For those who prefer the old behavior a sort category names option has been added to the Preferences panel.
· The dock and status menus now offer a Hybrid menu style, which is a cross between the Simple and Prioritized styles.
· To-do items in the dock and status menus can be ordered by priority, name, creation date or modification date. The main window is always ordered by priority, and there are no plans to change this.
· The status menu now provides tooltips where appropriate. The dock menu does not support this capability.
· You may know that holding down the option key while selecting a to-do item from the dock or status menu will launch any links contained in the selected item s name or notes. This now works for categories as well (where feasible).
· If the option key is down, any technique that normally opens a category or to-do item for editing now launches its links instead.
· For convenience, the option key no longer alters the behavior of the arrow, home and end keys in navigating the main window.
· Like the home and end keys, control-uparrow and control-downarrow jump to the top and bottom of the current list.
· The Edit menu now offers text completion, where supported, with a keyboard shortcut of option-escape.
· It is now possible, though inconvenient, to use character palettes for entering search strings. Command-G will be helpful if you are trying to enter a multi-character search string in this way.
· In Mac OS X 10.4 and later, the font selection panel will refrain from displaying properties that we don t support, such as colors and shadows.
· The registration reminder item will be removed automatically following successful registration, provided that it has not been modified.
· Support has been added for Unsanity s Smart Crash Reports.
· You can now print specific categories or to-do items using the context menu of the Categories or Things To Do list.
· Print operations now show a progress panel, if running in Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
· A bug that prevented editing of custom paper size names in Page Setup has been fixed.
· A print-scaling bug in Tiger has been fixed as of Mac OS X 10.4.3, allowing headers and footers again to be printed regardless of scaling factor.
· This release includes an untested native Intel binary, for experimental purposes only. The app is marked to launch under Rosetta by default.
· ToDo X now requires Mac OS X 10.2 or later.

Mobical ToDo Widget is very useful if you use the online service mobical.net.

Do It (ToDo) is a small application to manage categorized to do lists. Each to do item can be linked with a file on your computer, a URL, such as the address of a website, or a contact from your address book.

The linked item can be opened directly from the ToDo window. ToDo items can also include notes, priorities and deadlines, which can be set as reminders in iCal.

To do has a minimal, self updating, unobtrusive interface to minimize interference with your work and save screen real estate.

QueueSync is Conduit which does HotSync with Palm and Microsoft Entourage. It can be carried out in the present condition toward the "mail", "memo", "schedule", "ToDo", "address book". Mail can specify folder which you made except for receiving folder.

When used with the Big Cat contextual menu plugin, the Big Cat Text Scripts scripts perform actions on selected text. Included scripts: DICT Lookup, Search Google (improved), Search Eurodicautom, Search Encarta, Open URL, Make Entourage Note, Make iCal ToDo, Make iCal Event.

ToDoS is mostly useful for one-man projects because the todo items are kept in your image rather than on a global server, though they are stored in classes so they can be easily filed out and published on a Store.
ToDoS is a simple system for keeping track of todo items using the StarBrowser.

After installing you should use MagicKeys to bind a shortcut key to the action #mgDefineNewTodo:, you can then press the shortcut key in all text editors in VisualWorks to quickly add a todo item you just thought of. (MagicKeys is automatically loaded when you load ToDoS.)

Task Coach is a simple and easy-to-use open source todo manager to manage personal tasks and todo lists.

It grew out of my frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things todo consist of several activities.

Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks.

Currently, Task Coach is at version 0.63.2. I use it on a daily basis, but there are still a lot of features missing. If theres anything youd like to see included, please let me know.

Whats New in This Release:

MemoPad is a small application that help you keep little notes in 9 easy to access categories. Very useful to keep all sorts of often needed notes (phone numbers, ToDo list etc...).

The great part about MemoPad is that it is small, fast and automatic. MemoPad saves all modifications to your notes automatically, including the position and size of your MemoPad window.

Unfortunalely Apples iSync does not (yet?) support Symbian v3 phones from SonyEricsson such as p990i,W950i and M600.

This application tries to fill this gap. By using p990iCal you can transfer events from your phone to iCal and vice versa.

Whats New in This Release:

· Fixed a couple of bugs, for instance the program would crash if you have a date before 1900 in your iCal. Then I realized that some of you have dates as early as 1430 (even with alarm....), I dont really understand why, but these are now correctly handled (i.e. omitted).
· ToDo items are also included into the calculation to determine the size of the output file (could have been a problem if you had many todo items). Then only ToDo items of the selected calendars (preferences) are now sent to the phone.
· Some other minor bug fixes.
· And: GERMAN Localisation! If anybody else wants to localize in his/her language you are very welcome (just send me an email and youll get the file, the big work is acutally the help menu).
· WARNING: could not extensively test this version, but as some had problems with the previous version and Ill be off for a week, thought it makes sense to post this release. (as soon as I know it works ok, Ill send out the newsletter to registered users). Please comment!

iSynCal is built to synchronize events and todo from iCal calendars between two or more Mac computers using the standard Apple File Sharing shipped with Mac OSX. You will no longer need of a .Mac account neither to publish your calendars on an external FTP or WebDav server.

You can even use iSynCal to synchronize your calendars with your iPod or between multiple users on the same Mac.

It is also possible to schedule the synchronizations and run them in unattended mode.

Limitations:
