The only thing you really need to know before you begin is that to prepare to save and send a Delayed or Repeat Send message, you need to have the appropriate message open in a new message window or open as a saved draft message window, in the front window, with a subject entered, when you select the Delay Send X script in the AppleScript menu or call it by the keyboard command.
This also gives you access to the various Options, including most Preferences, by clicking the Options button in the window that comes up. Otherwise, when there is not a new message window in the front, selecting the Delay Send X script in the AppleScript menu or calling it by the keyboard command brings up the full Preferences window.

Send Info to Apple App is a free script that will automatically get the text selected in Caminos current tab, or text of the entire page if there is no selection, and use it to create your choice of a new Mail message, iCal event, iCal to do item, Mail note, Pages document, or Address Book card.
The new item will include a reference to the website name and its URL. Requires recent versions of Apples Mail, iCal, and Address Book applications.
Pages is not required (if Pages from iWork 08 is not installed at the default location, the option to create a new Pages document will not be offered).
INSTALLATION: Unzip and copy the script to the path ~/Library/Scripts/Applications/Camino/, where the tilde (~) represents your home folder, creating any subfolders that dont already exist. The script will appear under a "Camino Scripts" heading in your system-wide Script menu when Camino is the frontmost application. You will also need to download and install Bluetooth Object Push 1.0. Open it in Automator and save it as a Finder Plugin. Now when use your Finder to select an image of any size and Control Click to bring up your contextual menu. Navigate to Automator and select your new plugin. After Scaling it will ask you to select the file you want to send to your device.
Note: this will not copy or duplicate your current image but will replace it with the smaller, scaled image! Your original will be replaced with an image 150 pixels wide so duplicate it before using this script if you want to keep the original intact.
