Featuring over 20 button designs and support for plug-ins, you can easily create the button effects you wish to include on your website. There is a Carbon version available at the Micahsoft website. It currently works in the OSX Public Beta, but compatibility with MacOS X 1.0 is unknown.
The source code for ButtonMaker 2.4 in its current stage is available from here. The code is in a rather messy state (as described in the docs), so don't say you've not been warned.

Using it, the screen will dim slightly, so you can see what's going on in the background, and when you are playing either PandoraBoy or ITunes, this responds to the following events:
