OzTiVo is a free Yahoo! widget that manages NowShowing, ToDo and Season Passes on a range of TiVos via the TiVoWeb or TivoWebPlus interface.
OzTiVo also allows remote-control access and monitors the internal temperature.

Series 3 TiVos, and TiVoHDs, now have an open tcp port for sending remote control commands. This program puts a user interface on top of that, allowing you to control your TiVo with your iPhone or iPod Touch.
(Unfortunately, this cannot control volume, or turn a television on/off. I believe that this could work with an IP addressable IR/RF blaster, or maybe if the television was on the network.)

Right now, this is in a beta release and I have included a logging application in the package for end users to collect extra logs. Ive been developing this in a vacuum with just my own two TiVos (both Series 2) and I just don't know how it will act on other systems.
