Timer II 2.5 is an essential tool than the original Timer started as an oven timer. Often, the publisher would be working on a new program or surfing the web and have something in the oven. So he cobbled together Timer in my spare time in Applescript Studio. That simple timer turned out to be surprisingly popular!

As time went on, he found he wanted something to let him sleep to his iTunes playlists and then shut off iTunes. Similarly, he thought it would be nice to wake to my music. So he expanded Timer to accommodate those changes, and Timer II was born.

Timer Utility 3.4.1 is a small but useful application that features an alarm clock, a countdown timer, and a stopwatch. Once a timer(s) are finished you may perform the actions listed below. With the stopwatch you can perform the timer split and lap features.

Timer actions include:

• Play Alarm (may choose custom sound)
• Speak message
• Open internet page
• Open a file
• Launch an application
• Sleep system, restart or shutdown

Major Features:

1. Exhibits simplicity with the creation of alarms, timers and stopwatches. With each alarm and timer, you are are able to define actions to perform upon an alarm, or timer completion.
2. Each stopwatch has the lap and split features, which let you easily record times for any use. You can export the stopwatch log as an .rtf file which will include all the timings for the selected stopwatch.
3. Has two view modes, a mini mode and a full screen mode. The full screen mode activates on the screen in which Timer Utility is currently on.
4. For further customization, there are a variety of options available in the application preferences.

First Star Online 2 is a free MMORPG from unFun Games.
The game is small and loads quick, but offers much more than you would expect from a game of this size.

FSO2 is free to play forever. You can log on and play without ever paying a penny. However, unregistered users will have some features disabled for them.
The full version of FSO2 is only $25 and it gives you access to everything the game has to offer. This is a one-time fee, not a subscription fee like other online RPGs. You pay once and your account is good for life. You can also make as many characters as you like with your account (you are limited to 1 character per month in FSO2 time, which translates to about 1 per week in real life).
