Earls Access is a pair of scripts that allows you to keep an address book of frequently-connected-to Shared Libraries in iTunes 4.

Earls Access will reconnect you to all your favorite streams for all your music sharing cravings because iTunes will forget what it was connected to when you either quit it or change your network location.

Earls access runs only under OS X and is freeware.

Mac Resource file access is a class, similar to RBs ResourceFork, that can read Mac Resource files.

It works on all platforms and allows you also to read the new data-fork based resources on Mac OS X.

Look4mac access 1.0 brings a free but powerful application which has the aim to add direct access to look4mac services in the Apple menu bar. This utility works from Mac OS X 10.2 Jaguar and is compatible with Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger.

Adaptec UDF Volume Access is a little extension for your System Folder (more precisely, a File System extension) to enable Macs with System 7.5.5 up to Mac OS 9.2.2 to read CDs formatted in UDF (on Windows: "CDUDF") format.

Apple provides its own UDF extension, but that is limited to certain flavours, while Adaptecs extension supports more of these flavours (it supports the specs 1.02 and 1.5, but not the newer version 2 specs).

So, if you frequently use burnt CDs make on PCs (Windows), installing this extension might make it easier to access a few of those CDs. Another extension that helps with reading Windows CDs it Joliet Volume Access, BTW.

Mac OS File Manager support gives you access to some functions of the Mac OS File Manager, such as relating RBs FolderItems to a Volume Reference Number (VRefNum), checking for Server volumes, getting & setting more information about files (File Flags and Attributes) and getting, creating and resolving FileIDs & DirIDs.
One of the functions is particularly helpful: RB 2.0 (and before) crashes when you open and then again close the resource fork of a file that was already opened by you or by the RB IDE. To prevent that, you can use IsResourceForkOpen before you open the resource fork and then do open it (and tell the user that you cant do it).
Enhancements:
