If you want to create an alias in addition to following the shortcut, simply activate the option in the system preferences. If your office network also allows AFP mounts, you can change the mount setting as well. Simply access the System Preferences for WinShortcutter.

They guide you through the procedure of selecting a shortcut, and check to make sure that its not already taken in Entourage, either by a standard Entourage shortcut or by one of your own scripts (including those in subfolders).
The installers make the script for you, and put it in the right place. You dont even have to bother with learning Entourages code for naming scripts with key shortcuts. The setup procedure carefully helps you do that, rejecting any invalid or unavailable ones. All you have to do is press the keys.
