iSyncIt 1.5
Advanced iSync menu bar item with many features. more>>
A small menu bar application that allows you to sync your devices more easily and quickly than just using iSync alone. iSyncIt has the ability to automatically turn your bluetooth on and off, saving you power if you are using a laptop. It also has a built in scheduler to allow you to set up automatic syncing of your devices.
To reduce the amount of space needed on your menu bar iSyncIt also contains an, albeit limited, bluetooth menu, allowing you to use iSyncIt as a replacement for your bluetooth menu bar item.
Sync Now 1.1
Sync Now - Adds 1-click iSyncing back to OS X 10.4 for mobile phones more>>
From Apple Support:
"To sync with any phone thats been configured in iSync, the iSync application must be open to sync to it via Sync Now from the Sync Status menu. In other words, if you set up a mobile phone in iSync, you will not be able to sync information with it from the Sync Status menu if iSync is not open."
This is different to 10.3 and earlier and in my opinion is a step-back in user-friendliness.
Sync Now can be added to your dock or your favourite menu bar application launcher to bring back the old 1-click sync functionality without having to manually open iSync and click again.
When run Sync Now will open iSync, start the syncing process then quit iSync and itself when finished.

MySync (currently) only supports syncing over a local network.
Version restrictions:
- You can only enable syncing for one datatype at a time in the unregistered version.
Enhancements:

- It has a normal and a Full screen mode.
- The difference ("offset") between picture and sound is shown alternatively as "frames" (pictures), milliseconds or "TimeScale units" (the internal time unit of QuickTime).
- You can enter the offset for video and/or audio tracks either in a nice little controller window or (in the Full screen mode) by using shortcuts.

(Saving as "Reference Movie" is recommended if the original movie file is not to be changed. A reference movie is only several 100 KB in size, because it does not contain the actual picture and sound data, but only controller data. But you always need the original movie file for playing.)
