Filemaker vCard Creator is a Filemaker database that converts your database records to one vCard that can be imported or dragged and dropped onto Mac OS X Address Book.
Simply import your existing records into the corresponding fields in the vCard Creator database and hit export to create one vCard file for all records.
The developer created this to load up my Address book with all my Clients and Suppliers. I did this to be able to use iSync to get the data over Bluetooth to my Mobile Phone.
Works Great.There is another vCard creator out there (Address Book vCard Creator) which only does one record at a time and gets the mobile number listed as Other in the address book (which doesnt import right to the mobile) so thats why I wrote this.
Enhancements:
- Now a native Filemaker 7 version and Tiger OS X 10.4 compatible. More custom fields plus Keywords and Categories for your Addressbook! Included Importer Utility for easy imports again and again.
- This is now a native Filemaker 7 version(v 3.0). For FM 5.5 -6 you will need version 2.9.1 (included in the download). Both versions are compatible with Tiger. Finally added in the long awaited extra customisable Fields as well as Categories and Keywords which will allow you to identify records properly in the addressbook. Also will show as a Company in Addressbook now if Company field is filled in. As an extra I have included an editable Importer utililty that allows you to store your import order for as many different databases as you like so you dont have to keep setting it up everytime.
- Imports of thousands of records into the addressbook are now a breeze!

Organise is a very useful tool if you have a mac and a small business then this small but powerful database application will keep track of your orders, stock, customer details, to do list and has some basic invoice and accounting functionality.
My ethos is to keep things as uncomplicated and quick to use as possible, leaving you free to run your business with all information at your fingertips.
Organise is small, self-contained and standalone. It doesnt require you to buy, licence or install any other database application.
In addition, Organise can export your data to a csv file which can be opened in a spreadsheet application such as Excel or used for mail-merging using Word. Data can also be exported as html for web publishing.
Newer versions of OSX do not come with Stuffit Expander included. If your computer doesnt know how to open the .sit file, then you may need to get the free Stuffit Expander
Main features:
- Contacts - Contacts may be Suppliers / Customers / Other. Store all of the usual details - address, phone numbers, email etc. Searchable by keyword.
- Orders - Each project, commission or order has an entry in this list. All details of the order - status, details, financial details - are stored here. Each order can be linked to a contact from the contact list. Searchable by keyword. With all of these details stored, producing an invoice is as easy as pressing a button.
- Bill of Materials - For each order you can create a list of materials. This can either be a list of materials required to complete the order, or a list of items that constitue the order. In the latter case these items can be listed on the invoice.
- To Do - keep a checkbox to do list with completion dates.
- New Products Tab - New with version 1.2 is the products tab. This allows you to store information about products or services, and broadens the range of businesses to which Organise will be useful. The manual contains some example scenarios.
Version restrictions:
- lincence key prompted for if you enter more than 14 contacts, 14 orders or 14 items.

With R10BatchMail there is no need to clutter up your Address Book with prospects in order to contact them via email. Data is imported into R10BatchMail from an industry standard TAB Delimited file. A TAB Delimited file can be created from almost any application that holds data, and is the default format for bought in lists.
R10BatchMail records what was send and who to and allows you to export this history to Excel, a TAB Delimited File or Comma Separated File. From this file you can update your corporate database if necessary.
R10BatchMail was designed primarily to be easy and quick to use, and still providing the essential functionality required.
