Star Dance displays a number of stars swirling across the screen. It can be used as a screensaver, or you can look at it to relax while listening to music.

pydance 0.9.0 gives users a chance to enjoy such an interesting dancing game which is written in Python, formerly named pyDDR. The idea is simple. There's a floor mat with arrows, and the game scrolls arrows up the screen to the beat while playing a song.

When the arrows reach the top of the screen (not sooner and not later), the player hits the corresponding arrow on the pad, and given that it's hit on time with the beat, points are scored. Based on how well the dance is put together, s/he is graded at the end of the song. Both keyboard and mat play are supported.

StepMania is capable of playing many game types. Currently, it supports games similar to Dance Dance Revolution, Pump It Up, EZ 2 Dancer, and Para Para Paradise. In the future, it will support games similar to BeatMania, Guitar Freaks, DrumMania, and more.

Heres a little something for spring. I began with an Art Nouveau stained glass design, but the set grew into something that doesnt much resemble its origins.

The shapes are a bit playful. The fans turned out looking like decorative bars of soap. The bursts look like hot air balloons from above, and the triangles change suddenly into rapidly receding/approaching stripes. The wraps, well... I dont know whats up with those, but I like em.

The colors are pastels of the usual pride stripes. Its a gentler look than I typically use, but the resulting effect is pleasant overall.

All icons are aquafied and arre best viewed in 128x128 at 32bit mode.

I couldnt resist putting Pride stripes on a select set of Aloft icons. Few sights cheer me as much as hot air balloons drifting calmly across the sky. What a thrill it would be to see an actual Pride-striped balloon glide by for all to see!
