Global Consciousness X 1.0.5 brings a simple but highly effective application which pulls from the stream of consciousness in real time from the Global Consciousness. This application displays the live text feed from our website. You can add to the global consciousness by going to the website: IMPORTANT: You should have a constant internet connection to run this!

Global Consciousness Widget pulls from the stream of consciousness in realtime from the Global Consciousness web site. Instead of having pre-determined text, this displays the live text feed from our web site. You can even add your own messages and have them broadcast around the world. Every minute when new messages are pulled, the widget will zoom to the message origin.
To post messages just flip the widget over and log in. Registration with the web site is required for your messages to contain your geolocation. When you enter your message it will be queued. The web site then pulls message(s) from the queue for display each minute. When the queue is empty it will randomly pull a message from the database of currently 16,600 messages. This widget contains the most advanced 3D rendering of any widget to date. It takes advantage of cutting edge pixel shading found in only the most advanced games to display the shadows of mountains and terrain and to place an atmosphere around the Earth. Have you ever wondered about the state of the world? This real-time widget pulls data from the Global Consciousness Project and performs statistics on the data to produce an indicator for the resonance and coherence of the Earth. This project is about testing to see if there is a global consciousness that we all connect to. They perform statistical analysis on the data to see trends in the supposed random data. The same statistics generated for the primary results are now performed in real time.
Random data is green. As the resonance of the global consciousness rises, the widget turns yellow, orange and red. When the widget turns red, there is a 1 in 20 chance that the data is random. (Meaning, its a rare event occurring) Blue occurs as the data variability is reduced, aka anti-coherence. Both deep red and deep blue are highly significant to the Global Consciousness Project.

On July 15, 1597 the frigate Sun Burst was wrecked upon the shoals of Pirate Isle. The only surviving crew member was a furry cheeked sailor named Slash.

The adventure begins when Slash regains consciousness among the debris of his former vessel, determined to uncover the secrets of the island, its treasure, and to discover a means of returning home.

Slash is a sugar glider from the distant land of Australia. Roughly the size of a small squirrel, sugar gliders have a membranous flap of skin connecting their forepaw to their hind feet. Sugar gliders can use this layer of skin in order to glide up to 150 feet through the air, jumping from tree to tree to escape the jaws of their predators.

Our hero is a seaworthy buccaneer who wears his trusty sabre always at his side. He was a notable sailor aboard his ship, being able to leap from mast to mast seemingly without effort. During his future adventures on Pirate Isle, Slash will be able to run, jump, climb, and glide his way to and past obstacles of all kinds.

When strategic maneuvers are not an option, Slash can whip out his sabre to deal death to the most fearsome of foes. Sugar gliders love fresh fruit, so finding such items along the way can rejuvenate or even grant temporary powers to our stalwart marsupial.

Using his unique talents, his uncanny wit, and his deft swordsmanship Slash must travel deeper and deeper into Pirate Isle, avoiding natural predators such as sea gulls, giant crabs, and wild boars.
