Smiley Tag 1.1
Smiley Tag lets you play three variations on the classic game of tag on your computer more>>
Setting Up a Game
For each of the smileys, you can choose whether that smiley should be controlled by a human player (using the controls specified), whether the smiley should be controlled by the computer, or whether that smiley doesnt play in that game at all. You can also choose between the different variations, described below.
Ending the Game
When the game screen is visible, you can return to the game setup window by choosing "End Game" from the File menu, or you can play a new game with the same settings by choosing "New Game" from the File menu.
Normal Tag:
Some players are "in". They look like pirates. They must "tag" (touch) other players, who will then become pirates instead. To prevent you immediately tagging someone who has just tagged you, you will be "sleepy" and unable to move for a short time after being tagged. When you tag someone, you become a "shield", and cannot be tagged for a short time. The game is over when you get bored.
Last Man Standing
In this variation, when you tag someone, they become a pirate as well as you. The winner is the last person to be tagged.
Freeze Tag
In this variation, players do not become pirates when they are tagged, but remain sleepy until they are tagged again by a smiley. The players who are initially in win when all other players are sleepy.

Madagascar 0.9.8
Software package for geophysical data processing and reproducible numerical experiments Madagascar is an open-source software package for multidimensional data analysis and reproducible computational more>> Software package for geophysical data processing and reproducible numerical experiments
Madagascar is an open-source software package for multidimensional data analysis and reproducible computational experiments.
Madagascar aims to provide:
- a convenient and powerful environment
- a convenient technology transfer tool
for researchers working with digital image and data processing in geophysics and related fields. Technology developed using the Madagascar project management system is transferred in the form of recorded processing histories, which become "computational recipes" to be verified, exchanged, and modified by users of the system.
Main features:
- Madagascar is a modern package. Started in 2003, and publicly released in 2006 it was developed entirely from scratch. Being a relatively new package, it follows modern software engineering practices such as module encapsulation and test-driven development. A rapid development of a project of this scope (more than 300 main programs and more than 3,000 tests) would not be possible without standing on the shoulders of giants and learning from the 30 years of previous experience in open packages such as SEPlib and Seismic Unix. We have borrowed and reimplemented functionality and ideas from these other packages.
- Madagascar is a test-driven package. Test-driven development is not only an agile software programming practice but also a way of bringing scientific foundation to geophysical research that involves numerical experiments. Bringing reproducibility and peer review, the backbone of any real science, to the field of computational geophysics is the main motivation for Madagascar development. The package consists of two levels: low-level main programs (typically developed in the C programming language and working as data filters) and high-level processing flows (described with the help of the Python programming language) that combine main programs and completely document data processing histories for testing and reproducibility. Experience shows that high-level programming is easily mastered even by beginning students that have no previous programming experience.
- Madagascar is an open-source package. It is distributed under the standard GPL open-source license, which places no restriction on the usage and modification of the code. Moreover, access to modifying the source repository is not controlled by one organization but shared equally among different developers. This enables an open collaboration among different groups spread all over the world, in the true spirit of the open source movement.
- Madagascar uses a simple, flexible, and universal data format that can handle very large datasets but is not tied specifically to seismic data or data of any other particular kind. This "regularly sampled" format is borrowed from the traditional SEPlib. A universal data format allows us to share general-purpose data processing tools with scientists from other disciplines such as petroleum engineers working on large-scale reservoir simulations.

- It features options that include the ability to set team and field constraints, game lengths; configurative time management utilities to help you organize events the way you would like; object constraint sharing; automatic schedule generation and re-generation; configurative project web site creation, tournament brackets; publishing via FTP, export to HTML, CSV, iCalendar, XML; import from CSV; standings support with tie-breaker formulas; contact management; import teams, fields, officials, players and player rosters from other users' projects ; constraint and conflict checking and resolution.
- Splendid City comes with all the tools associated with a high quality sport scheduler, supporting a variety of scheduling algorithms and analysis tools to make creating sport schedules easier than ever before.
- Scheduling Algorithms and Supported Schedule Types
- Intelligent scheduling time generation algorithm to produce schedules with a more efficient and compressed chronological ordering.
- Intelligent handling of team or location specific constraints: The average number of team games per weeks are automatically evaluated, and the generated constraints are conformed to this average each schedule week so to provide an even smoothing of team and location distributions throughout the season.
- Uses a constraint logic programming algorithm (modified canonical pattern) by mathematician Dominic de Werra as a schedule basis, prior to any hard constraint adjustments.
- Schedule Evaluation Tools
- Detailed interactive reports for every schedule that can respond to changes made by users directly in the schedule tables. Reports include, schedule quality ratio score, number of games per team, number of home and away games, home and away patterns for each team, a confrontation chart depicting the number of games each team plays against it's rivals, and the home and away pattern for those rivalries.
- Team Games Per Week Chart: Evaluation report depicting the bounding dates and number of games that each team plays for each week plotted within a schedule. Interim weeks that do not have scheduled games are omitted.
- Games that could not be scheduled due to impossible constraint combinations are detailed in the generated schedule report, and reflected in the overall schedule report quality ratio.
- Generate schedule standings and output the results to an HTML file. Support for user defined tie resolution strategies.
- Master Schedule Views which allows filtered viewing of games for user defined game objects and dates, including Teams, Locations, and Officials with data sorted in the appropriate chronological ordering

Zeps Dreamland 1.02
Zeps Dreamland is a block-building platformer more>>
The game consists of navigating Zep throughout a level to reach a certain location which allows him to advance to the next level. This is not such an easy task, however. Many obstacles will be in your path, and it is up to you to determine the best (and sometimes only way) to get around them.
Zep has the ability to create special "blocks" by using the life energy from the ground he is standing on. By building the blocks in specific patterns, Zep can alter the landscape to his ability thus allowing him to reach his goal! Again, not everything is as it seems.
Zep cannot build blocks while standing on top of just anything. There are many types of ground that restrict Zeps building ability. In addition to being able to create these special blocks, Zep can also destroy them.
Enhancements:
- The game now warns the user that a game that is currently in progress will be lost if entering the Continue menu item rather than simply losing the current games data without saying anything.
- The game now warns the user that a game that is currently in progress will be lost if entering the "Tutorial" menu item rather than simply losing the current games data without saying anything.
- Fixed a problem in which starting a new game after loading a saved one would simply restart the loaded level, and not necessarily the first level in that level set.
- Fixed a problem in which escaping to the main menu while playing a level from a set other than the original would never show a "Resume Game" option.
- Fixed a bug in the editor which would clear our the maps contents if the "Load Map" button was selected, and then the dialog was cancelled.
- Relocated the "Last Level" button further to the right to accommodate levels saved with longer filenames.
- Removed the building of a block (if possible) upon selecting the "Resume Game" option when the build key is set to Enter.
- When using "r" to "erase" the map in the editor, the values of the scrolling background are now set to 0.
- Stopped using all deprecated functions (textprintf, for_each_file, etc) and began to use their newer counterparts.
- Fixed all slashes so now they use "/" instead of a Windows style "\"
- Added functionality to the editor to switch between fullscreen/windowed mode on the fly via hitting the "f" key. The editor also stores the previously used mode before quitting in data/ed_settings.txt. If this becomes corrupt: 1 = fullscreen, 2 = windowed.
