SunPosition Widget is a small tool that will help you connect to the SunPosition database and return calculations for: Sunrise, Sunset, Civil Dawn, Civil Dusk, Sunrise azimuth, Sunset azimuth, Latitude, Longitude and Magnetic declination for the selected location.
The SunPosition widget will plot the suns path at 15 minute intervals for the selected date and location. Members can access the data printout page for that current selection directly from the widget. Azimuth, altitude calculations follow the sun through its path.
This widget is free to everyone, although SunPosition members get full access to all 48,532 location entries while non members have limited access to approximately 8,000 locations.
Every time you make a selection a spinner will appear in the top right corner of the widget to show data is being loaded, wait until the spinner stops before continuing each step. Data normally loads very fast, this of course depends on your connection but in tests it takes between 0.5 to 1 second per query with 1 Mb ADSL.
The widget has a built in mechanism to cache data, depending on the type of data this cache will be stored for a set time, so if you load the locations for United States then this information will be available without having to reconnect to the server for 72 hours, therefore making the widget even faster to use.

Open location in a Google map: Command - G

Animate graph: Space bar

Flip between Front and Back: Command - I
Shrink / Expand: Command - M
Reset widget (Clears cache):Command - R
The widget cache can be cleared using the Command - R keys.

Version 1.32.1 adds the following:

• Added some more improved artwork, courtesy of "ejday" from the CivFanatics Mac forum.
• "Precision Bombing" and "Interception" had their functionality transposed in the "Air Mission" unit options.
• Fixed bug with garbage text appearing at the end when editing city names, etc.
• The splash screen dialog was not centering properly.
• Fixed issue where numerical spinner controls would not update properly when moving amongst various items in a given rule page.

• Fixed issue with wrong colors being displayed for the civs.
• Spiffed up the artwork, with thanks and help from the regulars on the Mac CivFanatics forum.
• Fixed crashing issue when launching the editor. It could happen on any setup, but was especially prevalent on 10.1.x.
• Fixed issue with setting non-existent toolbar mode on 10.1.x, causing the app to become unresponsive.
• Fixed some disabled/broken menu items in the application menu.
• Switched development from ProjectBuilder to CodeWarrior 8.3.

How do I login / Where do I get a username and password? You dont have to register anywhere. If you dont have an account, simply enter your desired username and password. If a "login failed" message appears, it means that the username you chose is already taken. You should just try another one and maybe it will work.

AquaCube3D is a control that emulates the spinning 3D cube of the "Fast User Switching" MacOSX feature.

With this control you can implement an image spinner like the one in iPhoto.
