This is a patch for Mozilla series applications, including Mozilla, Firefox, Camino, Thunderbird and Sunbird. It forces them to decode web pages as Big5-HKSCS encoded when they are identified or declared as Big5 encoded. It has no side effects since Big5-HKSCS is a superset of Big5.
