FrameUp! your favorite photos or webcams on your Dashboard. But wait, theres more!

While monitoring a webcam, FrameUp! lets you pause the action, rewind, or step through the previous images!

With FrameUp you just start dragging an image file, show the Dashboard (by pressing F12,) and then drop inside the frame. You can drag images directly from your iPhoto Library and even right from Safari or other web browsers.

To monitor a webcam, just drag the webcam image from your browser to FrameUp! and set the refresh interval on the back of the frame. Youll need the actual webcam image which can usually be obtained by control clicking on the webcam image and choosing "Copy Image Address".

Then paste the address in the browsers address field to load the image. Then drag the resulting image to FrameUp!

BSP is a Mac OS X system preference pane that allows you to configure additional categories into Spotlight.
When Spotlight has search results that dont fit into one of its pre-defined groups, it sticks the files into the generic "Documents" listing. With BSP, you can add new categories and assign file types to them.
Documents will appear in the search results in their new groups, making them easier to find and work with. You can even edit, rename, or delete the pre-defined Spotlight categories, giving you complete control of the search results display.
Enhancements:
- fixed some bugs causing BSP to fail to load or save settings given some initial configurations.
- improved interface for creating new categories. the steps involved should be more clear now.

I just wanted to know who was calling. Nothing fancy, but itd be really nice to be able to see who is on the phone without actually having to look up from what Im concentrating on right now. That was the desire that drove the creation of Silica and I figured other people might like it, too. It consumes very little in the way of system resources, and provides a heads-up display - like the OS X volume and brightness adjustment feedback - showing you the number and, if available, name on the incoming call. Silica tries to look up the phone number in the OS X address book, and will display that name and the callers picture if present.
Silica is a lightweight heads-up Caller ID display that leverages the internal modem and Address Book to let you know whos calling without having to look over at the phone.
Silica offers a fair amount of customization of the on-screen notification of an incoming call.

GZipper is a drag-and-drop program that gzips any files dropped onto it. If a file is already gzipped, it will gunzip it for you.
Drag a file onto it, and it will be gzipped using the highest level of compression available from the gzip program built into OS X. (Unfortunately, folders and packages cannot be gzipped unless the "Recursive" function is on.) If the file is already gzipped, it will be unzipped.
If you open the program by double-clicking it in the Finder, you can set the preferences in the main window to overwrite existing files and/or operate recursively on directories.
Enhancements:
- GZipper now requires AppleScript 1.8.3, as it uses some features unsupported in earlier versions.
- Ive added a real preferences window, as well, and have made numerous tiny improvements to the code.
- The online help has been updated accordingly.
