Keep the images to a size of 94 pixels wide by 94 pixels high (a template is included for making faces). Then launch The Halloween Dock App, choose "Edit > Preferences" from the menu bar, and choose the face you want from the pop-up menu. You can also set the speed at which the pumpkin light "flickers" by adjusting the "Flicker Speed" slider in the preferences window.
