ShowTime little utility that lets you show your current desktop to anybody.
To do so, your buddies only have to type your ip address into a web browser. If your buddies are in your local LAN, they can use the Bonjour services (available in Safari) to locate your screen.

Yahoo Movie Lurker is a web page Scraper, meaning that it will "scrape" data from a webpage without having to load the page in a browser. If you have trouble with the fuzzy legality of blocking banners and commercials, dont use this script.
It will retrieve movie theater and showtime information from Yahoo! Movies with regex and display them in a custom DD UI. Clicking on the street address for a theater will open a Yahoo! Maps page for that theater.

Marquee 1.0.4 is a unique and extremely useful utility which shall get the showtimes for your local (US & Canada Only) movie theaters in this gorgeous aqua marquee.
You just have to enter your zip code and Marquee will get what you want. Use the left and right arrows to scroll through the theaters to find the one that you want. Then use the up and down arrows to scroll through the movie listings.
In order to save room for the other widgets on your desktop, Marquee will only display three movie listings per screen. Showtime data is downloaded each time you enter a zip code, or if it has been more than twelve hours since showtimes were downloaded last.
