The first time you run SETIMonitor it will ask you to tell it where your SETI data lives. Thats a directory that has a bunch of files ending in ".sah".
In Darwin its whatever directory you run the app from.
In Classic OS, its generally "System Folder:Application Support:SETTI@Home Data". You can change the directory, and thus the SETI data unit youre statusing, under the application menu (where you might normally find "Preferences...").
