AutoScan-Network 1.42 is designed to appeal many users as a high-quality and useful application designed to explore and to manage your network. Entire subnets can be scanned simultaneously without human intervention. The objective of the program is to post the list of all equipment connected to the network. A list of ports preset is scanned for each equipment.

Mail Network Backup is a completed app that allows for an incremental network and local backup. It does all of these near seemlessly, though there are a few problems I wasnt able to tackle, like getting automated KERBEROS login and Home folders set up on the server.

SigmaPi Neural Network Simulator 1.3 is an innovative and versatile utility which is designed for time-series processing and neural network research. It uses the LSTM neuron model, the RTRL training algorithm and a heuristic learning rate adaptation based on local update sign-changes. SigmaPi is no end-user software. It allows the user to change every possible network parameter, and it won't tell you whether a setting is nonsense or not. To use SigmaPi, you should know how a recurrent neural network works and how a LSTM neuron processes information (the manual contains a schematic, since the LSTM neuron of SigmaPi differs slightly from other implementations). This is an installer for SigmaPi 1.3

This widget displays the name of your current location (as set in the Network Preferences), your LAN- and your WAN-IP.
Simply click on the desired info to copy it to your clipboard.

You can switch to the expanded info (IPv6, prefixlength, netmask and broadcast) by clicking on "LAN" (or "IP" if only one IP is shown); it will return to the standard IPv4 after 10 seconds or after you click anywhere on the expanded info.

- Now uses www.whatismyip.com to check the WAN IP.
- Pinging finally works also under Leopard.
