BBEdit Delete Dupes is an AppleScript written for BBEdit 4.5. It looks at each line of a text file and searches for a duplicate, deleting duplicates when found.

Force Delete is a small utility to rest in your dock or toolbar that will delete the currently selected file no matter what, if you have administrator privileges. It is also a great addition to FruitMenus contextualmenus.
Beacause you obviously cant just lanch it, please read the readme for instructions, precautions, and known issues with this program.
Force Delete a single file or folder: Select a file or folder on your computer and click the icon in your dock or Finder toolbar. A dialog should pop up asking you if youre sure you want to delete the file or folder and giving you the Unix path. Read this message and make sure that it is the file or folder you wish to delete, especially in the column view where file/folder selections are sketchy. If you decide to go through with it a dialog will pop up asking you to enter you administrator password. Type it in and press OK. The file/folder will be deleted. It may take the Finder a moment to realize that it is gone but you didnt receive an error, it is.

Ollie's Auto Delete 1.0 is a distinguished and tractable application to delete those files that refuse to delete by normal means. Won't delete system or files you don't have permission for.

Dawning Of The Day Of Aquarius 2.0 is a useful tool that allows you look up a 'numeroscope' reading based on your birthday and generates a playlist in iTunes on the Mac. The app requires you to create 9 playlists of your own (each ones which playlist represents the day you are supposed to have, and grabs a song from that playlist and makes a genius playlist based on that song.
