I wrote this because in certain cases the unavailable memory isnt freed until either the cron script is run, or a reboot. I used another utility for a while but didnt feel like paying the shareware fee for something that I could do myself in Terminal. I recommend using the weekly script.

With the recent release of Apples Remote Desktop 3, with Automator support, we thought itd be a good idea to kick things off with a twist. RemoteWasher is what were calling UpdateWasher, remotely. RemoteWasher will run OS Xs maintenance scripts across all of the Macs on your network, and lock them so nothing will be touched while the script is running. Were not sure if this is going to be a success but, thats why this is a public beta.
