Usually, if your Macs pointer freezes or the computer does not respond, all files from the Temporary Items folder are moved to a folder called "Rescued Items" within the trash. But this doesnt work in Mac OS 9.0.x.

The Microsoft Office 98 library normally resides in the Microsoft Office 98 folder, but if a user had manually moved this library to the Extensions folder by mistake, and then subsequently launched the utility, the System Folder (rather than the Microsoft Office 98 folder) was moved to the Trash.
