Select Contacts (Entourage) is a small AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage which provides you with an easy method to select several contacts in the Address Book.

As such, it’s the simplest way to prepare to use any of the four Print scripts in Office for Office, when you don’t need to do any sorting, or Address Word Letter for multiple contacts.

The little QuickSearch box is no good for this since it will only find one contact or a few with similar names, not all those which you need to select together. If you just want to select a number of contacts for addressing envelopes, for example, and you have a large Address Book so that scrolling to find each one is tedious, just use this script instead.

Resend Indicate (Entourage) is a Microsoft Entourage AppleScript that makes a new outgoing draft window of a message you have previously sent, and adds a note at the top indicating that it is a resend of one sent earlier at the specific date and time.

When you drag multiple contacts from Custom Views or groups from the Address Book into a new email message, you will often find that you have managed to drag the same contacts and/or group members several times, if they appear in more than one category or group.

Remove Duplicate Recipients is a small AppleScript that will weed out the multiple appearances in Entourages AddressBook for you within a few seconds.

Other Account (Entourage), when attached to a repeating schedule, will automatically change the account of a new outgoing message to a non-default account for specified recipients (such as mailing lists, or anything else) before its sent.

Find Contact by Phone (Entourage) finds a contact from his or her phone number, or checks a number from a Caller ID display without a name to see if you know the caller (if its in your Address Book).

If the number is not in your Address Book, you will be so alerted. If it is there, you will be told the contacts name and which of his or her phone numbers (Home. Work, etc.) it is.
