Real Export Plug-in for Mac 1.0 is an interactive application which enables editors for the first time to export high-quality RealAudio 10 and RealVideo 10 media formats directly from professional media applications including, Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects and Premiere, Avid Xpress Pro and Discreet Cleaner. As a result, content authors now can prepare their media content for Internet streaming in industry-leading RealVideo 10 and RealAudio 10 directly from their preferred non-linear editor, saving several steps in a typical workflow.

VLC (initially VideoLAN Client) is a highly portable multimedia player for various audio and video formats (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, mp3, ogg, ...) as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols.
VLC can also be used as a server to stream in unicast or multicast in IPv4 or IPv6 on a high-bandwidth network.

- Support for scaling and converting video chromas with FFMPEG imgresample was withdrawn due to bugs. Please use the newer FFMPEG swscale instead.
