It uses textures made from satellite images for the day and the nightside to make it look realistic and the newest release also downloads real-time cloud cover images from the internet for an even more realistic experience.
The view location (i.e. the angle from which the earth is seen) can be customized either using a preferences dialog or by command-dragging the earth.
The floating window which displays the earth can also be made translucent and the brightness of the nightside can be changed.

Chrysalis is a real-time causal pace evolution widget/game.
You start with nothing but plants and dirt.
By figuring out the right temperature that promotes growth/evolution you must guide an unknown species through several stages of evolution until it hopefully evolve into the Elders.
Inside Chrysalis-A there are two ways to control the temperature.
A blue value introduces chilled water into the chamber which lowers the temperature over time. A red valve turns on the gas heater which raises the temperature over time. Fumes and excess water are automatically removed from the chamber, so dont worry about it.
Main features:
- Causal game pace. You can check your progress and make changes only once or twice a day without missing out on anything(Prefect thing to have while at work).
- Animated graphics.
- Real-time report of all species inside the chamber.
- Realistic sound effect.

You get to drive high performance rally cars on a variety of rally courses. Compete against hard to beat computer drivers on both dirt roads and paved roads through forests, windy mountain passes and desert. Two players can also compete against each other on the same computer.
Rally Shift features very realistic physics where you can put your driving skills to the test. Slide through turns on dirt roads, brake and accelerate at the right moment to keep your car on the road or you will see your competitors speed away.
Rally Shift is released with an initial five tracks ranging from country forrest to mountain and desert. More tracks and upgrades will be released later as free downloads.

You maneuver a ship through a variety of random scientific missions, hopefully with the aid of some physics knowledge. This is very geeky game which requires visualization and plenty of patience. This wont appeal to everybody.
Gameplay is continuous. You are allowed to adjust how fast the simulation runs, and you can zoom all the way from a close-up of your ship to seeing the nearby planets. All distances, scales, and speeds are shown accurately.
The missions range from aligning orbits to traveling to other planets, all with very limited fuel or time.
You have to be thoughtful and patient. A feel for physics helps too.
